Upcoming Masses for the Transfiguration - 8/6/26 and the Assumption - 8/15/26

Tennessee cemented its stature as a leading right-to-life state on June 24 when lawmakers and dignitaries dedicated the Monument to Unborn Children in Nashville on the Capitol grounds.

We will have a special mass for the Assumption of the Blessed Mother on Saturday August 15 at 6:30PM. This mass is a celebration of the Assumption but IS NOT a Sunday vigil mass and does not fulfil your Sunday obligation.

We will have a special mass for the Transfiguration this Thursday August 6 at 6:30PM. There will not be adoration this evening. but Father will be available for confessions at 5PM up to mass time.

The Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus is proud to host a screening of the short film "Benedictines of the Divine Will: Their Story followed by an episode of "Sts. Benedict and Scholastica | Littlest Saints" and an open discussion and Q&A with the Monks on Friday, August 14th.
